PAYMENTS POLICY
- 25% Amount to be deposited at the time of booking. Remaining Amount 2 days or earlier before travel date. Payment accepted by cheque or online payment facility available. Your booking confirmation number will be provided to you.
- Transportation provided as per tour Itinerary only as suggested in the mail, call or one on one meeting
- All currently applicable Taxes.
TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
- Strictly depends upon the hotel’s cancellation policy All accommodation bookings made by us are of 3rd party (we do not own the accommodation site), thus any cancellation occurring due to a reason isn’t a responsibility of the Company.
- Minimum Cancellation charges before 10 days of Travel Date is 10% of package Cost.
OTHER TERMS RELATED TO ACCOMMODATION
- Package cost will change if opted for guide service, choice of transport vehicle, hotel type change.
- Accommodation charges as mentioned in the all packages are with 2 persons staying together sharing the same room
- Extra persons in the same room charge extra.
- Although we ensure you the best experience but unfortunate delays in travel and insufficient service of hotel is the responsibility of the respective parties.
- Safety of your personal belongings during or after availing our holiday package is your responsibility.
PACKAGE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- Entrance fees and Car Parking Fees at the monuments/ temples / parks etc.
- Meals outside hotels.
- Expenses of personal nature such as laundry telephone calls, drinks, tipping etc.
- Any kind of insurance.
- Anything not mentioned in the itinerary
- Any increase in the government. taxes
